Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Window

Exchanges at Wear Duraibah are allowed within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and retained with original packaging and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, stitched, or heavily discounted sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

3. Shipping Charges

Reverse courier shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the mistake or defective item originated from our side.
